Updates: Rahul Gandhi feels the pain of farmers, lashes out at BJP in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, Oct 9: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi reached Karnataka on Friday, Oct 9 on a two-day visit.

Earlier in the day, he went to Mandya where he visited the families of farmers who committed suicide in the district. He reached Palace Grounds in the IT City Bengaluru at around 4.30 pm. Here are the Live Updates:

6.00 pm: In a scathing attack on PM Narendra Modi-led NDA government, Rahul says, "Suit-boot party wants to run nation through PMO. We have empowered you so that you can take decisions. They (BJP) want land of farmers, but we form shields."

5.50 pm: "PM went to USA and other countries but till now he has not gone to the house of even one suffering farmer in India", says Rahul Gandhi.
