Ghaziabad, Jan 8: Delhi and the national capital region continues to be unsafe for women as a 16-year-old student of class 10 was allegedly abducted and gangraped.
As per reports, the girl was abducted from Ghaziabad and then driven to Noida on Wednesday evening and later dumped back near her house.
The minor was on her way back from tuition when she was allegedly picked up by the men in a Scorpio.
A medical examination of the girl is still to establish rape.
As per a NDTV reports, "The teen has told the police that she was on her way back home from tuition on Wednesday evening, when she was forced into an SUV by three men, who took her to the house in Noida and raped her. The girl said in her complaint that they dropped her near her home later in the night. "
As per the report, all of them have been arrested and a case has been registered for gangrape and abduction, the police said.
Recently, angry parents and local residents in Bangalore burned school property and vehicles after a case came to fore in which a teacher was accused of molesting an 8-year-old.
Even more shocking was a case in Uttar Pradesh's Badaun, where a 14-year old girl was kidnapped by UP cops on New Year's eve when the girl went out to relieve herself.
Two cops kidnapped her on her way back and pushed her into a jeep. They took her to the police station and raped her there. When her condition deteriorated, they dumped her outside the village.
Both the constables have been suspended. An FIR was registered only after the incident was highlighted by the media.
