UP: Brave woman saves husband from goons in the land of rapes

, Aug 22:The state that is known for its atrocities against women, which include rapes, dowry deaths and what not, now salutes the power of women. In an incident in UP's Meerut city, a brave

saved her husband from five goons who hit him in a road rage case.

This unknown girl has also earned accolades in the social media. Hell broke lose on the father-daughter duo when the side of their motorcycle scratched a car owned by the five youth. The youth got down from their car and started hitting the man.

While the public was silent and no one came to help, the onsite homeguard too proved to be a mute spectator. Not finding help anywhere, the daughter jumped to her father's rescue herself.

Meanwhile a group of journalists were passing by who stopped at the crowd to investigate. Realising that the girl was fighting alone, they stopped the goons and helped the girl in saving her father.

The local police chief has sought investigation in the process. He has asked for the identification of the youth, despite the fact that no case has been registered till now and that no witnesses have been found.
