Twist in Jiah murder case: FBI to intervene

Mumbai, Jan 27: In a fresh turn of events in the Jiah Khan murder case, the FBI will intervene in the case of Jiah Khan's death mystery. This means more trouble for Sooraj Pancholi, who is the main accused in the case.

According to police sources, FBI is likely to meet Jiah Khan's mother and their lawyer today and will decide on further plan of action with respect to Mumbai police.

They will be meeting in Bandra Kurla Complex today. Jiah's alleged suicide had been a great shocker for the Bollywood film industry last year. Ever since, her boyfriend and actor Aditya Pancholi's son Suraj Pancholi

been under the scanner. In fact, he has been named in a 447-page chargesheet, filed by the Juhu police, that allege "abatement to suicide".

Sooraj, however, alleges that he had warned Jiah's mother Rabiya Khan of her daughter's depression and that she ws prone to harm herself. The statement was also a part

of the chargesheet where he also stated that Jiah was depressed because of no film offers.
