This Tiger Memon harassed women on Facebook

New Delhi, Sept 2: Tiger Memon has been arrested in Pakistan. However this Tiger Memon was using the alias and blackmailing girls on Facebook which led to a raid in Karachi in which he was arrested.
Furkhan Ali who also took the alias Tiger Memon was arrested during a raid in Karachi.

The raid was conducted at a cyber café in Karachi after there were complaints that women were being harassed on social media accounts.

The news of his arrest kept a few interested for sometime and phone calls began to flow in seeking confirmation. However minutes after the news of a Tiger Memon being arrested began to spread, it was also confirmed that this was the wrong man.

Indian security agencies say that the arrest of Tiger Memon in Pakistan would only amount to the Pakistanis confirming that he is on their soil. India has often accused Pakistan of shielding and sheltering Tiger Memon and several other 1993 blasts accused on their soil. Pakistan has however denied that charge for long.

As per the information India has on Tiger Memon, he had moved to Dubai just before the 1993 blasts. After a brief stint in Dubai, he moved to Pakistan after he was tipped off by the ISI about a plan by India to nab him.

Tiger Memon has been in Pakistan since 1996. In fact his brother Yakub Memon was recently hanged after being found guilty in the 1993 blasts case. Tiger Memon is said to have told Yakub not to return to India as he would not get justice.
