New Delhi, Dec 7: According to reports, several valuable items were stolen from Congress leader and Lok Sabha MP Shashi Tharoor's house in Delhi on November 29.
The burglary incident has created fear in the minds of Delhi residents as Tharoor's house is located in the posh Lodhi Estate in the well-guarded Lutyens' Zone in the national capital.
In fact, several well-known politicians and VIPs stay in the same area.
According to ANI, Tharoor has filed a complaint about the incident at Tughlak Road police station, Delhi.
An FIR has lodged by the police in this regard.

Notable thing is that valuable stolen from Tharoor's residence include idols and "copper Gandhi glasses" gifted to him by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (New Delhi district) Jatin Narwal said, "We have registered an FIR and an investigation is on."
"Tharoor has requested the Delhi Police to increase patrolling around his residence and take strict action against the accused," he told reporters.
