Jagan had met West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee and asked for her support in opposing the T-bill which will soon be submitted in the parliament. TDP, YSR congress and ministers from Seemandhra are opposing the state bifurcation.
Also, Jaganwill be meeting over the next few days JD(U) chief Sharad Yadav and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. He had also met BJP president Rajnath Singh, CPI general secretary Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy and senior CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechury.
Meanwhile, TRS chief T Chandrasekhara Rao has warned the centre of dire consequences if Telangana is not given approval.
