Telangana creates ruckus in Parliament again
Today, despite Meira Kumar repeatedly asking MPs to go back to their seats, MPs from Seemandhra region stormed the Well disrupting proceedings. "Dear members, this is the last session of Parliament... I appeal to you please go back to your seats and let this House function," she said.

Congress MPs from Seemandhra region of Andhra Pradesh had issued notice for a no trust motion against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. "The House is not in order and I cannot count 50 members to take up the vote of no confidence", said Meira Kumar.
In a short while, she had to end the proceedings as the ruckus got intensified.

The upper house of the Parliament was also hit by the Telangana storm today. Apart from the Telangana statehood issue, MPs took up the issue of arrest of Tamil fishermen by Sri Lanka authorities.
When the discussion on the death of Arunachal Pradesh student Nido Taniam was disrupted, Rajya Sabha Chairman Hamid Ansari asked, "can we not respect the dead?".
However, the proceedings had to be ended shortly after 2pm.
