Shoma arrived in Goa on Friday and appeared before the Judicial Magistrate First Class Panaji, where her statement will be recorded on Saturday. Shoma faces allgeations of covering up the facts and brushing the matter under the carpet inspite of the allegations against Tejpal being serious.
She had initially said that the victim was content with Tejpal's apology.
Meanwhile Tarun Tejpal's police custody was extended by four more days.
Three Tehelka employees, also the key witnesses in the case were questioned on Friday and their statements were recorded. The three witnesses are the ones, whom the victim had confided in about the incident. She had also sent a mail to Chaudhury about the same.
Tarun Tejpal allegedly assaulted his junior colleague in Goa during the THiNK Fest on November 7 and 8.
