New Delhi, Feb 5: Sunanda Pushkar's son Shiv Menon reached the SIT office on Thursday and is likely to be questioned in connection with his mother's murder.
The Special Investigating Team of the Delhi is questioning Shiv Menon in connection with his mother's murder. Shiv Menon is Sunanda Pushkar's son from an earlier marriage.
Menon reached the Vasant Vihar police station, the office of the SIT in the afternoon.
At least 15 people have been questioned by a police team probing the murder of Sunanda Pushkar.
Recently, former Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh was questioned in connection with the ongoing probe into the murder of Sunanda Pushkar and as per reports, police may also question Shashi Tharoor again.
"If necessary, we will also talk to him (Shashi Tharoor) again," Delhi Police Commissioner, BS Bassi was quoted as saying in an ANI report.
Singh had told mediapersons after the death of Sunanda that she was a brave lady and she could not commit suicide.
Delhi Police Commissioner B.S. Bassi said: "Amar Singh had claimed that he had some inputs related to the case. He had also revealed some point in the media. He was called for questioning today (Wednesday)..."
Earlier police had quizzed senior journalist Nalini Singh Jan 23 in the same case.
Pushkar was found dead in a luxury hotel room here Jan 17, 2014. A murder case was registered by the police against unknown people Jan 1 this year.
