New Delhi, Nov 2: Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Sunday, Nov 2 rushed to meet her son-in-law Robert Vadra at his residence in New Delhi. Mrs Gandhi met Vadra following the controversy over the latter's clash with a reporter.

A video has been released by a news agency ANI which showed Vadra pushing away a journalist who asked him questions regarding land deal in Haryana.

He lost his cool and Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law began facing criticism from all across the country. Vadra was seen pushing a ANI reporter's mic away.

It has been learnt that Vadra went to attend an inaugural ceremony of a fitness centre at Ashoka Hotel in Delhi on Saturday, Nov 1.

The journalist posed a question regarding land deal and Vadra got furious. He asked, "Are you serious, are you serious? Put your camera off. Are you nuts?"

It also has been reported that Vadra's security personnels later assaulted the cameraman and the reporter and threatened them that they will get the video deleted.
