Now, Mumbai Police Commissioner Rakesh Maria claimed that he did not want Sheena Bora case to become another Aarushi murder case.

Speaking to a newspaper, Mr Maria has been quoted as saying, "I will not let Sheena Bora murder case turn into Aarushi case."

In Aarushi case, CBI had filed closure report in which the team did not submit any concrete evidence against the Talwars but they were named as only suspects in the case.

Mr Maria wants to solve the case and file the chargesheet with full proof against the three accused -- Indrani Mukerjea, her former husband Sanjeev Khanna and driver Shyam Rai.

Indrani along with her two accomplices allegedly had killed Sheena. The incident took place in 2012. However, the murder mystery came into light following a phone call to Mr Maria from an anonymous person.

Sheena was the daughter of Indrani from her first marriage with Siddharth Das.
