New Delhi, Jan 27: The itinerary of Barack and Michelle Obama ended today with a public speech, vouching to strengthen the ties between the two countries.
The fact that Obama is not just an orator, but also an inspirer of the highest order was evident from the applause and laughter that could be heard at the Siri fort auditorium.
However, that is not all. While he shared a stage with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the media speaking on arrival, he shared a part of the Indian culture with the R-Day celebrations here.
It will be clear from Obama's Mann ki Baat today, what he really felt about his visit to India (not to forget the 100 Banarasi sarees that are reported to have been gifted to the first lady).
However, what would be of a greater interest to the people of India would be the reformation of the Nuclear policies between the two countries. As said by the leaders earlier, they will be using the nuke technology for the development of the common man.
