Punjab Police sent the notice to Radhe Maa as Surinder Mittal, a former district president of VHP, filed a complaint against her and sister and daughter-in-law.
Mittal accused Radhe Maa and her relatives of trying to bribe him, threatening, torturing, seducing, hurting his religious sentiments and also for spreading obscenity and vulgarity.
The complainant wanted to register a case against Radhe Maa's sister Rajjo Maasi, her daughter-in-law Megha, her close associate Ritu Sareen also called as Chhotti Maa and her follower, Mumbai-based Sanjeev Gupta.
The complainant also claimed that Radhe Maa and her aides used to disturb him at late night. Police served the notice to Radhe Maa at her Mumbai residence.
As proofs, Mittal submitted recorded telephonic conversation between him and Radhe Maa and her aides, Whatsapp messages and many more.
Radhe Maa has been asked to join the investigation by Punjab Police. If she does not respond to the notice within 10 days, then she will be served a second summon.
