RTI activist Baliga murder: Court issues Non Bailable Warrant to accused Naresh and others
Mangaluru, April 6: It has been lately learnt by OneIndia that a JMFC III court of Mangaluru has issued Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) against three accused in connection to RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder case.
A JMFC III on April 04 has issued NBW to three accused- Yuva Brigade advisor, Naresh Shenoy, Shrikanth, an employee of Naresh Shenoy and Shiva aka Shivu.
According reliable sources the Investigation Officer, ACP Tilak Kumar has earlier moved the court seeking NBW from the court. The police have cited alleged involvement of three accused in the murder, thereby seeking NBW.
The court hearing the side of the police has issued NBW to three accused in the dastardly murder. sources confirmed. Now the police are searching for Naresh Shenoy and other accused. However, sources in the police said Naresh Shenoy would be nabbed soon.
On the other hand, OneIndia is in the knowledge that Naresh Shenoy has two cases, one criminal and another civil pending in the court. The police are saying he has a brief criminal history and he appears to be a repeated offender.
