Reports: IM terrorist Riyaz Bhatkal behind Patna blasts
According to the Intel report copy accessed by Times Now it is said that the Sunday's Patna blasts in Gandhi Maidan and surrounding areas was funded by the Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI through Riyaz Bhatkal.
Bhatkal is currently said to be in an ISI safehouse.
The Patna blast triggered off a massive controversy with the Bihar Police and the Gujarat police blaming each other.
NIA on the lookout for more suspects, to conduct more raids
Seven blasts had gone off before BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi could address a rally at the Gandhi Maidan, killing six people and injuring many.
The case was handed over to the NIA by the Ministry of Home Affairs after the Bihar CM Nitish Kumar met Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Wednesday. The NIA has so far arrested five suspects so far in connection with the case.
