Rahul Gandhi to visit Odisha on Oct 20
Bhubaneswar, Oct 19: Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will visit Odisha on Monday. He will undertake an aerial survey of the areas affected by cyclone 'Hudhud' and meet some of the victims.

Gandhi will reach Jeypore in Koraput district on Monday, a day after he visits the cyclone affected areas of Andhra Pradesh, a senior party leader told IANS here on Sunday.

He is scheduled to interact with cyclone-hit farmers at Jeypore, Burujua and Pottangi in the district.

He will also undertake an aerial survey of the Malkangiri district, about 620 km from state capital Bhubaneswar.

Cyclone Hudhud struck last week at the Visakhapatnam coast, displacing many in Andhra Pradesh and even Odisha. Mass evacuations were carried out before Hudhud could make landfall.
