Banswara, (Rajasthan), Nov 28: Ahead of the assembly elections in the state, AICC Vice President Rahul Gandhi addressed a rally in Banswara where he said that the coming elections was ‘not a fight between two parties but two thoughts.'

Slamming the BJP he said that Congress had done more work than the rival party. "Congress does more development works than BJP. BJP claims that they do more development, I inquired that UPA has made three times more roads than NDA in the state," he said.

He then pulled out the corruption card and said that corruption was at its peak in BJP ruled states. "Corruption is maximum at BJP ruled MP and Chhattisgarh. BJP is top in corruption," he said. He went on to add that Congress had provided more electricity in the state as compared to BJP.

He also criticized the BJP for being an obstacle in all the Congress led schemes. " BJP blocks all our welfare initiatives. They ask from where we have the money for it."

He then went on to assure the upliftment of the poor and the dalits in the state. "We want the upliftment of the dalit, aadivaasis and the aam aadmi. We want to empower the poor," he said.
