New Delhi, Apr 15: The second phase of the fortnight-long odd-even scheme rolled out in Delhi on Thursday with Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal appealing to the people of the city to join hands and make the road-rationing plan a success.
The social media is once again divided over Delhi government's ambitious plan as some call it a gimmick while there were those who lauded the government's decision as a masterstroke.
Metro and DTC have increased their services in order to accommodate load of passengers during the scheme. Delhi government has made elaborate preparations for strict compliance of the rule and punish offenders.
