Talks between India and Pak must focus on terrorism: Sushma Swaraj
India had said that it will not accept the condition set by Pakistan that the talks between the two National Security Advisors will include Kashmir. Ajit Doval, India's National Security Advisor who briefed the Prime Minister made it clear that the talks will be "terror only."
A majority view in the government of India is that the talks should not focus on Kashmir and Pakistan has dragged in the "K" word at the last minute only with an intent of derailing the talks.
India has made it clear that Kashmir shall not figure in the talks. The Indian government is unlikely to accept the statements made by Pakistan's NSA, Satraj Aziz.
He had a while ago made it clear that there shall be no pre-conditions during the talks and said that Kashmir shall be discussed. He also said that there should be no pre-condition by India on meeting with the separatists.
