Now Sasikala accused of visiting Hosur MLA's house amidst prison sentence
Roopa had alleged that prison authorities had gone out of their way to extend special treatment to Sasikala without prior approval of the government or the court.
Did Sasikala visit the house of an MLA. Sasikala Natrajan who was convicted by the Supreme Court in the disproportionate assets case is serving her four year sentence in the Bengaluru central jail.

In a report to the Anti Corruption Bureau, Deputy Inspector General of Police has said that, "There is a reliable information that she sometimes goes to a house near the Central Jail that belongs to the Hosur MLA. This may be further ascertained by CCTV cameras placed at the entrance of the jail and the cameras placed in between gate 1 & gate 2 of the jail."
The police officer had earlier detailed the privileges enjoyed by Sasikala in jail. CCTV footage had shown Sasikala walking in and out of the jail several times. In addition to this a complaint was also filed alleging that Sasikala was seen at Brigade Road in Bengaluru shopping.
Roopa had alleged that prison authorities had gone out of their way to extend special treatment to Sasikala without prior approval of the government or the court. She also alleged that prison authorities had allegedly misled the government by furnishing false information on the facilities extended to Sasikala.
