New Delhi, June 3: Selfie mania gripped the world and Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi was no exception. The PM, who has visited many foreign countries after becoming the PM, was seen taking selfies with his fans.
This time, it seems that the PM soon may make his debut in Velfie, a new app which allows its users to create video selfies by lip-synching to audio recordings of popular dialogues and songs.
This time, cricketer Yuvraj Singh may become the inspiration for the prime minister. Yuvraj recently posted his velfie on social networking site Facebook and micro-blogging site Twitter.
In the velfie, Yuvraj was seen giving lip sync to one of popular speeches by Modi on the rights of women of the country. While posting the velfie, Yuvraj congratulated Modi for completing one successful year as the PM of India.
The video message has been retweeted over 980 times, favourited by 1,815 on Twitter and his post on Facebook has been liked more than 31,000 times and has over 530 shares.
The Prime Minister was prompt in his reply to Yuvraj's velfie. Modi appreciated Yuvraj's talent both on and off the field.
@YUVSTRONG12 Yuvi…you are equally talented off the field as you are on it. Thanks for the wishes. Hope you are doing well!— Narendra Modi (@narendramodi) June 1, 2015
