News Flash: Cauvery row: Karnataka Cabinet decides not to release water for now

Sept 28: Bangladesh, Bhutan and Afghanistan have pulled out of SAARC Summit to be hosted in Pakistan in November. The countries have sighted their concern over recent escalation of terrorism in the region as their reason for pulling out.
