5:25 pm: In a major set back for the Trinamool Congress, the Supreme Court rejected a plea seeking to monitor the CBI in the Saradha case.

The TMC had moved the Supreme Court seeking the court to monitor the CBI which is probing the Saradha scam.

The court also rejected all allegations made by the TMC which had accused the CBI of leaking information to the media in connection with the case.
