2.52 pm: There are 500 security personnel at the Pathankot Air Force station. The final assault is set to begin after security forces have managed to corner one of the terrorists. Meanwhile the Union Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi will brief the media about the pathankot terror strike at 5 PM today.

2.13 pm: The terrorists may have set booby traps at the Pathankot air force station. Several grenades have also been found at the spot which continues to be under heavy surveillance. Security personnel are searching and combing the area to try and catch two more terrorists who they suspect may be still hiding in the air force station. Officials say that they suspect that they may be one of more terrorists still holed up and attempts are being made to catch them alive.
