Nation wants to know: Arnab Goswami’s next job—Army Chief or Chairman of Tata Sons?
On Tuesday, popular TV news anchor Arnab Goswami resigned from TimesNow. Both his fans and critics went berserk on social media.
New Delhi, Nov 2: It was definitely the biggest news of Tuesday.
As soon as reports of Arnab Goswami stepping down as the Editor-in-Chief and President of Times Now and ET Now came to the fore on Tuesday, fans and critics of the most well-known TV journalist of India went berserk on social media.
There has not been any official announcement from either the channel or the news anchor, but reports say Goswami might start his own news channel.
Goswami, known for his intense and aggressive style of questioning his guests on his hugely popular show "The Newshour", hosted the programme till Tuesday. But we have no clue about the future. Now, we wonder what would be prime time news for Indian news junkies without Goswami and his analysis.
Several hashtags like #ArnabGoswami and TimesNow were trending on Twitter on Tuesday. Most of the tweets indicated the show viewers' interest in knowing Goswami's next job. And, we must say most of the comments were insanely hilariously.
Here we bring you few of them:
