Narendra Modi
Alappuzha, Oct 29: The BJP office in Thiruvananthapuram has received a threatening letter from the Mannar unit of the Socialist Democratic Party of India, which warns Narendra Modi against any further visits in the state. Following the threat in the morning, H.Venkatesh, Commisioner of Police ordered a probe after BJP lodged a complaint.

Spotting Modi's photo pasted on top of Haines picture and an ISIS agent in black, the letter's caption explains that it could be Modi's turn. It said:

"If the Modi ibiliz who killed Muslims in Gujarat and is still killing Muslims in Pakistan comes to Kerala, he will soon find himself in a photo frame. The BJP should understand this"

The Circle Inspector of Munnar, R Binu, said that a thorough search of the area revealed that no SDPI units were active and none of its leaders were also there. Meanwhile, P.Abdul Hameed, denied any role in the letter and blamed the BJP instead saying," It's fabricated. Our party never uses the term ‘unit' as claimed in the letter. It might be the handiwork of the BJP, to make Modi more popular."
