Taking a dig at Jyotiraditya Scindia, Modi said that he had never seen so much of arrogance in someone. "They are very arrogant. For the current Congress candidate from here the lesser ones talks the better. Arrogance doesn't work in democracy. India needs a sevak in its democracy," Modi said .

Taking a dig at Rahul Gandhi, Modi said that  the Congress wanted to establish the son. "Nation is secondary for them.
