He also raised his concern for drug problem in the state. Exposing Pakistan's role in the drug fiasco in Punjab, Modi said, "Pakistan smuggles drugs and fake currencies from across the border to weaken our future of our youth force. It needs to be stopped. But the Centre is not at all worried in this regard."
Modi speaks about 3-step formula to empower farmers:
Continuing his speech at the rally, Modi spoke about a three-step formula which can empower the farmers of the country.
Divulging more details about his proposal, Modi said, "Government's must take utmost care of the farmers in our country. FCI (Food Corporation of India) must take three steps (procurement, construct cold storages) to safeguard the interests of farmers and protect food grains."
Addressing the crowd at the Fateh rally, Modi raised corruption issues in Congress-led UPA government. Modi asserted, "Congress at Centre first lets grains to rot and then sell it to liquor companies."
I learnt governance from Prakash Singh Badal, says Modi:
The Gujarat CM slammed Congress for promoting dynasty politics. He said, Sadly Congress believes only one family (Gandhi family) needs to be glorified. They forget Lala Lajpat Rai, Badal Sahab remembered them."
He claimed that he learnt how to govern a state from the senior leaders like Prakash Singh Badal. He used Prakash's formulas in Gujarat which helped him to develop his state, claimed Modi.

Modi said, "There is conspiracy to mislead the people of Punjab about the condition of Sikhs living in Gujarat. Every Sikh in Gujarat is happy and is happy being a farmer there. The right Narendra Modi has on Gujarat every other Indian does. Please don't fell to the trap of lies."
Speaking about Gurudwara in Kutch, Modi said, "The Kutch Gurudwara has now been restored after it suffered damages in 2001 quakes. It is now a part of Global Heritage."

Modi began his speech at Fateh rally. Acknowledging Badal Singh Prakash and Akali Dal's contribution to the state, Modi said, "I have come here to seek blessings to win Lok Sabha poll in this Fateh Rally. Your blessings are not only political. They are for making India a Vishwa Guru. Gujarat has special connection with Punjab."
Rajnath Singh vows to bring back Black Money:
Rajnath Singh also vowed to bring bacl black money stashed at Swiss banks in Switzerland if BJP comes to power. Speaking at the rally, Rajnath also said, "Your hard earned money has been stashed to foreign locations as illegal money through scams under Congress Government."
"Till Congress is in power, country can not be corruption free. Our PM candidate Narendra Modi is matchless. Please ensure you give all 14 Lok Sabha seats from Punjab to NDA," added Rajnath.
No TV channel for Indian farmers, laments Rajnath:
There are so many entertainment TV channels in the country but there is no channel dedicated to our farmers who can receive information regarding farming, lamented Rajnarth Singh.
The BJP President also spoke about BJP's initiative for farmers when he was the Agriculture Minister under the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's leadership.
Bhagat Singh called 'terrorist' in UK, PM Modi can change that, says Rajnath:
Speaking at the rally, Rajnath Singh urged people to vote for Narendra Modi in upcoming Lok Sabha election. Singh claimed that PM Modi can compel Britain to change their concept of Bhagat Singh in their textbooks where Bhagat Singh is called a "terrorist".
BJP will pass a resolution to compel UK's concept of Shahid Bhagat Singh, promised Rajnath Singh. Praising Akali Dal and Prajash Singh Badal, Rajnath said, "If there was 1 party who told me first that Modi ji should be PM candidate it was Akali Dal and our leader Parkash Singh Badal."
