I don't want to become PM, want to be a Chowkidar: Narendra Modi
The Gujarat CM claimed that he will guard the country after getting power at New Delhi. Hailing BJP for choosing a simple man like him as its PM candidate, Modi added, "The BJP has chosen me an ordinary man born into a poor family, someone who as a child sold Tea on the Railway Platform."
"Look at the Values of this Party that it chose me to be its PM candidate. But please don't make me PM. Make me chowkidaar," said Modi and concluded his speech.

"Why are India's Intelligence Agencies sharing secret details with Rahul Gandhi who is just an MP and does not hold any profile in the government," asked Modi.
Addressing the crowd Modi asked, "The country wants to know how someone who has not taken the Oath of Secrecy is getting briefings for his Speeches from Intelligence Agencies."
"He (Rahul) has said an even more serious thing that some Muslims in Muzaffarnagar are in touch with ISI. The Nation's Governance is in your hands, Uttar Pradesh is ruled by your ally - the nation wants to know how is it that ISI can do anything?"
The Gujarat CM also raise questions regarding 1984 riots which broke out in the country after Indira Gandhi's assassination.
Modi's criticism once again was directed at Rahul Gandhi when the former said, "I just heard what the Crown Prince said on his Grandmother's Assassination on being angry.I want to ask him what happened due to that anger?"
"Is it not true that Thousands of Sikhs were killed due to that anger ? No Congress leader has stood trial for those 1000s deaths," Modi added.
