PM Modi 13th most influential person in the world
New Delhi, Oct 6: According to Bloomberg Markets Most Influential' list, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the 13th most influential person in the world.
US Federal Reserve chairman Janet Yellen tops the list and Chinese premier Xi Jinping, US President Barack Obama and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are other politicians who ranked above PM Modi in the coveted list of 50 people.

"He won election in May 2014 by the widest margin in 30 years, giving him a shot at making some investment-friendly reforms that have faced stubborn resistance in the world's largest democracy. India might grow faster than China this year," Bloomberg further wrote about PM Modi.
Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was placed No 2, behind Chinese President Xi Jinping, in a list of 30 top-performing world leaders by a Japanese market research firm.
German chancellor Angela Merkel was on the third place in the list that also measured the confidence of citizens in their leaders.
