Bengaluru, Apr 11: A prisoner serving life term for murder at Parappana Agrahara prison here escaped by walking out through the front gate of the prison misleading the guard, jail officials said today.
They said when prisoners were let out their barracks yesterday, Manjunath who has served six years of his term, walked to the administrative block stating that he wanted to apply for parole.
