Modi will burn Muslims with acid, says Azam Khan

Lucknow, March 3: Samajwadi Party leader and Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister

took on BJP prime ministerial nominee

and said Modi had terrorised Muslims in Gujarat to vote for him.

The Gujarat Chief Minister had, at a rally in Lucknow on Sunday, said that there were no riots in Gujarat in the last 10 years of his rule. Responding to this claim, Azam Khan said Muslims had no option than being submissive in Guajrat.

"How can there be riots in Gujarat? How will they not vote for Modi? Would they not be burnt with Tezaab (acid)? Where will they go then? If they have to live in Gujarat they will have to vote (for Modi)," he said.

Modi "will turn the whole country into Gujarat". said Khan. "The Muslim man is nothing more than one vote for these parties that shout from the rooftops about secularism," he said.
