Modi's popularity still intact! NDA to get 301 seats if polls to be held today, says Survey
New Delhi, Jan 27: It looks like Modi government's popularity is still intact despite many attempts by Opposition to malign it. According to a survey, Modi-led NDA has maintained its credibility among people who voted them to power in May 2014.
Survey says that if there will be a Lok Sabha election today, then Saffron party will again rout Opposition . The opinion poll done by ABP News-Nielsen claims that NDA will get 301 seats against 339 seats in May 2014 polls.
In the survey which was conducted to gauge the "mood of the nation", people were asked many questions including how they rate NDA government and what they think about Modi's popularity.
Reportedly, 46 percent of the respondents rated the incumbent government as very good or good. When they were asked about Modi's popularity, 54 percent of those polled rated him very good or good.
Survey gave Congress-led UPA 108 seats compared to 62 seats in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
Opinion Poll further claimed that if voting will be done today, NDA will receive 38 percent vote share while UPA will manage 28 percent.
