New Delhi, Nov 24: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati on Thursday dubbed the results of the survey on demonetisation on the Narendra Modi app as "fake and sponsored".
Mayawati further dared the Prime Minister to dissolve the Parliament and conduct a re-election. She said that only elections can decide as to how successful demonetisation was.
Earlier, a whopping 93 percent of the people who took the survey on the Narendra Modi app supported demonetisation.
PM Modi claimed that 5,00,000 people had taken the survey. Only 2 percent viewed demonetisation negatively.
More than 90% of the respondents feel the government's move to tackle black money is above four-star rating. 73% of them give it five-star rating of brilliant, read a statement.
On the overall fight against corruption, more than 92% of respondents either rate the government as very good or good. 57% of them rate the fight as Very Good," it continued.
More than 93% people support the move to demonetize the old 500 and 1000 rupee notes. Of the over 5 lakh responses so far, only 2% have rated the move as very poor or one star, the statement also noted.
