New Delhi, July 1: In an order to create participative, transparent and responsive government, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the much ambitious 'Digital India' programme on Wednesday, July 1 at Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in the national capital. I dream of a #DigitalIndia where the world looks to India for the next big idea", pledges PM Modi.
