Although she did not mention his name, the Supreme Court itself has come up with the name- A K Ganguly.
However, the retired judge says otherwise. "I am totally innocent," he told NDTV, adding " I have worked with several interns in my life... a large number of them... I treat them like my children."
Both the assaulter and the victim are said to have testified for three serving judges who are investigating the case.
The one who passed landmark judgement in February 2012, where he cancelled the license of 122 mobile networks on grounds of non-transperancy.
Ganguly, after retirement this year, has been appointed the Chairman of the West Bengal Human Rights Commission.
