3.50 pm: The Karnataka High Court has reserved it's verdict in the J Jayalalithaa disproportionate assests case. Justice Kumaraswamy who heard submissions made by both the appellant and the prosecution concluded hearing today while reserving it's verdict in the case.

The verdict is expected to take at least another two weeks before it is delivered. However no time frame is fixed in the pronouncement of a verdict.

Jayalalithaa and others had moved the Karnataka High Court in appeal after the trial court had held them guilty of corruption. Jayalalithaa has sought reversing of the verdict which convicted her and also sentenced her to four years imprisonment.
