Kanhaiya gets support from his village
New Delhi, Feb 25: It was an important day for the villagers of Masnadpur in Begusarai as Knahaiya's hearing was going to take place. Extending their support to their son, art students of Shantiniketan and Patna painted the walls of his house, demanding greedom from feudalism, capitalism and Brahmanism.
One of the graffitis on the wall showed a huge crocodile crawling towards JNU students with an open mouth. In another one, Kanhaiya is shown addressing a crowd carrying red flags and "Red Star" written in Bold fonts. An Azadi poem was also written in bold.
The villagers waited eagerly for th ehearing, but were dissapointed when they deferred the plea.
While his parents and younger brother are staying in the village, his elder brother and uncle are in Delhi extending their support to him.
