ISRO spying case: Ex-top cop says case was closed during NDA tenure

New Delhi, Nov 19: RB Sreekumar accuses BJP of having undertaken a malicious propoganda against him. The ex-top cop clarifies his position and said ISRO spy scandal was closed when NDA was in power.

BJP has been demanding strict action against Sreekumar and a complete rehabilitation package with honour to Dr Nambi Narayan, former ISRO scientist.

Sreekumar is accused of fabricating an espionage case against Nambi Narayan, who was then serving as a scientist at ISRO. Dr Nambi Narayan, in a recent interview to a reputed news channel, called Sreekumar, a CIA agent.
