onwards.
People

thronging

get
their
notes
exchanged.
At
first
there
was
confusion
among
both
the
customers
and
the
bank
officials.
However
during
the
course
of
the
day
some
banks
reported
smooth
operations.
Coming out the banks many people look relieved. People who had the Rs 2,000 note with them obliged photographers for pictures as well. The relief was not that they had a Rs 2,000 note in their hand, but because their money had been exchanged.
