Himachal CM pays tributes to Indira Gandhi

Dharamsala, Oct 31: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Thursday inaugurated a blood donation camp at Government Degree College in Dharamsala, organised to mark the 29th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

Paying floral tributes to the former Prime Minister, the Chief Minister administered oath of unity, integrity to youths to fight terrorism.

As many as 35 students of the college donated blood at the camp, organised by Rovers and Rangers Unit.

Singh also inspected the ongoing construction work of the college auditorium and directed the authorities to complete the work in time.

During a visit to the Dharamsala Zonal Hospital, he said the strength of specialist doctors would be increased to provide specialised medical care to the people.

Several ministers and senior government officials were accompanying the Chief Minister during these visits.
