Two days ago, Pankaj had moved the Supreme Court which asked him to approach the High Court first. The PMLA court issued the NBW against Pankaj and others on April 27 after taking cognisance of the charge-sheet filed by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with Maharashtra Sadan scam and some other cases.

The agency arrested Chhagan Bhujbal in the Maharashtra Sadan case -- about alleged corruption in awarding of contract for the state guesthouse in Delhi -- earlier this year. Chhagan Bhujbal is now in judicial custody.

The charge-sheet names Chhagan Bhujbal, his nephew Sameer, Pankaj, D B Realty, Balwa group of companies, Neelkamal Realtors and Builders, Neelkamal Central Apartment LLP and Kakade Infrastructure.
