Gurgaon district administration sets up earthquake helpline
Gurgaon, April 28: In the aftermath of the devastating Nepal earthquake, the Gurgaon district administration has set up a telephone helpline to help anxious residents in getting information about the well being of their kith and kin who are currently in the quake-ravaged country.

Deputy Commissioner T L Satyaprakash said that anybody belonging to Gurgaon whose kith or kin is trapped in the earthquake affected areas in Nepal can inform the district administration on the telephone numbers 0124- 2316100 and 0124- 2303333 so that their well being can be ensured.
He added that if any organisation wants to donate relief material for the earthquake victims, it should also contact on the given phone numbers.
He said that the Haryana Government has also set up control room at Chandigarh with phone number 0172- 2771310 for helping the earthquake victims of Nepal.
A similar control room has also been set up at Haryana Bhawan Delhi with phone number 011- 23384913, he said.
