"Good job Kiran Bedi on surprise check, but where is the helmet"

Good job Kiran Bedi, but where is the helmet. Puducherry Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi decided to hit the streets in the night to find out how safe the city was for women. Riding pillion with another woman, Kiran Bedi travelled incognito with her face partially covered with a dupatta.
While she won praise from her followers, some had this question to ask. " Good job, but where is the helmet?"
Neither Bedi nor the woman riding the two-wheeler was wearing a helmet. Following the surprise night round, Bedi said, "Found Puducherry reasonably safe at night. But will be improved."

There were a barrage of tweets asking Bedi about the helmet. Respected @thekiranbedi Ma'am, My humble request to the rider and you to wear a helmet.Your safety is also important.
She however insisted that not wearing a helmet was a conscious choice. Both wanted to appear vulnerable and wanted to see how we women driving a scooty at night are looked at," she said.
