Once the poll conduct is in place such assurances cannot be made, the complaint also stated.

It was only a few days back that BJP leader and former Home Secretary R K Singh had alleged that money had changed hands for tickets. He said that the party was giving ticket to criminals and if they continue to do so how can they have a clean government in Bihar.

Singh while terming this act as unjust, said some persons have sold tickets to criminals. He also said that when the tickets were distributed, he had called up Sushil Kumar Modi, but he had not answered the call.

Modi however rejected the charge as baseless. He said that sometimes leaders press for their supporters to be given tickets, but all cannot be accommodated. He also said that during the elections he gets many calls, but cannot answer all of them.
