"We are scrutinising the reports and we will send the complaint to Delhi," an EC official said today. Meanwhile, commenting on TMC's complaint against Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi for alleged presence of school students at an election rally at Alipurduar recently, he said, "We do have a report. We are looking into it."
