"Of the 118 MLAs, 116 are member of public participatory committee of colleges which comes under office of profit," state AAP secretary Akshay Hunka said.

"Two MP ministers Paras Jain and Deepak Joshi hold the office of profit by virtue of being the office bearers of Indian Scout and Guide," he said.

"118 MLAs of MP state Legislative Assembly are holding the offices of profit and according to the provisions of Representation of People's Act, they should be disqualified from the House," state AAP convenor Alok Agrawal said.

He said if these members holding the offices of profit are disqualified, the BJP government led by Shivraj Singh Chouhan will be reduced to minority, hence the Chief Minister should resign.
