Did Pathankot attackers feast on Pakistani dishes before attack?
New Delhi, Feb 26: If reports are to be believed, Pathankot attackers gorged on dishes like chicken nihari, Lahori chole before assault on the Pathankot airbase.
According to reports, investigators have come across empty food packets with Pakistani label on them at the international border.
The packets were found near a BSF post in Simbal and were later handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). The 'made-in-Karachi' packets are said to have included dishes like shahi paneer, chicken nihari, dal fry and more.
Around 40 milk packets were also found which bore the expiry date of Feb 8, 2016.
All the packets have been sent to forensics.

Meanwhile, the Pakistani probe team has already arrived in India to probe the Pathankot airbase attack. On the other hand, the NIA is currently probing the possibility of an insider being involved in the Pathankot attack.
The NIA is probing to find out if any insider had helped the two terrorists gain entry into the air force station two days in advance. Some insider may have helped the terrorists enter the air force base by cutting the fence.
