New Delhi, Feb 11: Officials of Press Club of India (PCI) in Delhi were shocked when anti-India and 'Afzal Guru Amar Rahe' slogans were raised on Wednesday, Feb 10.

According to reports, Delhi University professor Ali Zafar booked the halls to organise a session on discussion on Kashmir.

Afzal Guru

When the discussion was initiated by Ali Zafar, a group of people reportedly raised slogans, such as -- 'Kashmir lekar rahenege', 'Afzal Guru Amar Rahe'.

Even the group put up posters which hailed Afzal Guru, the convicted terrorist who was hanged in 2013 in connection with 2001 Parliament terror attack case.

The Delhi University professor, who has already been served a show-cause notice by the PCI, however, claimed that he was unaware about the plans of the protesting group.

While speaking to media, Zafar was quoted as saying, "I consider my fault and I tried to stop them making such statements, but they didn't relent."
